For those with prior lifting experience and who have trained with me before, our 2-Week Advanced Camp dives into high-level performance mechanics and explosive power. Whether you are just starting your journey or looking to sharpen your elite edge, this off-season programming is designed to build the structural integrity and strength needed to dominate on the pitch.
